Alicia MacKlin

Alicia Macklin is a Partner at Hooper, Lundy & Bookman, PC, where expertise includes advising behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment providers on legal and compliance matters, including federal and state privacy laws and hospital regulatory issues. In addition to legal practice, Alicia serves as Health Care Senior Counsel and Associate Attorney at UCLA Fielding School of Public Health and teaches a course on the Legal Environment of Health Services Management. Previous roles include Corporate Counsel for Jamison Services, Inc., Associate at Arnold & Porter, and Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable John Kronstadt. Education includes a Master's Degree in Public Health from UCLA, a J.D. from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cornell University.
