Jim Kee

Jim Kee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training, coaching, and sales. Currently serving as a 12 Week Year Certified Trainer at 12 Week Year since August 2020, Jim has also held significant roles such as Master Trainer, Speaker, Coach, and Facilitator at AVIPO Business Coaching Pte. Ltd. since April 2016. As the Exclusive Asia Distributor for Referral Coach International and Asia Distributor for Hoopis Performance Network, Jim advocates for referral systems and education in the financial services industry. With a passion for leadership development, Jim is a LIMRA Master Trainer, facilitating industry-leading programs. Previous roles include a significant tenure at AIA, where Jim served as Associate Director focusing on sales and leadership training, as well as earlier positions in sales at Canon Marketing Services and Rank Xerox. Jim holds an MBA in Leadership from the Jack Welch Management Institute and an Executive MBA from the Helsinki School of Economics.
