Stephen Hill, BSc, PPAC, RRC, is an experienced professional in actuarial solutions and member services, currently serving as an Analyst at HOOPP since March 2013. Previous roles at HOOPP include Senior Specialist, Member Services, Benefits Processing Specialist, and Member Data Collection Specialist. Prior to HOOPP, Stephen held the position of Quality Assurance Specialist at CMN Inc from 2008 to 2012, where responsibilities included auditing adherence to policies and developing training programs for over 100 team members.
