Chad Byrne

Chad Byrne has over two decades of experience in business analysis and information technology, primarily with HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan) since April 2002, where roles have included Senior Business Analyst in both Information Technology and Line of Business, alongside a prior position as a Business Analyst. Noteworthy accomplishments include the implementation of a $10 million data collection tool for over 470 employers and a CRM solution, as well as the development of various key documentation such as Business Requirement Documents, User Acceptance Testing, Gap Analysis, and Use Case documentation. Prior to HOOPP, Chad served as a Pension Analyst and a Pension Specialist, and earlier in the career as a Reconciliation Officer at Bank of Montreal MasterCard. Chad Byrne holds a degree in Science with a focus on Marine Biology from the University of Guelph, completed in 1991.
