Daniel MacHnik

Daniel Machnik is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Senior Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master in End-User Compute & Service Management at HOOPP since October 2016. Prior to this role, Daniel was a Network Analyst at The Syscomm Group Inc., where responsibilities included providing Level 2 support, defining IT infrastructure requirements, and managing Exchange migrations to Office 365. Daniel’s earlier experience as an IT Consultant/Technician at SDC Network Consulting Inc. involved delivering customer support and managing user accounts in various environments. Daniel holds a CSTY in Information Technology from Durham College and previously studied Nuclear Engineering at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology.
