He Chen

He Chen, MMath, FRM, is a consultant in capital markets valuation and a researcher focused on Canadian retirement financial security. Currently working as a Business Consultant at HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan), they have previously held roles such as Economist at Statistics Canada and Senior Manager in Enterprise Risk Management at CIBC. Additionally, He has experience in investment performance at BCI, and has served as a FRM instructor, teaching Levels I and II. He Chen is also pursuing advanced degrees in Mathematics at the University of Waterloo.
