Nic Aaviku

Nic Aaviku is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Principal of Real Estate at HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan) since February 2016, Aaviku has previously held positions at Avison Young as an Associate from September 2013 to January 2016, and at UCS Advisors as a Real Estate Analyst from November 2011 to August 2013. Aaviku holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of Ottawa.
