Noel Samuels

Noel Samuels has over 25 years of experience in IT project management, currently serving as an IT Project Manager at the Hospital of Ontario Pension Plan since February 2011. Expertise includes program and project management, IT vendor management, and process improvements in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Prior to HOOPP, Noel was an IT Project Manager at Citigroup, recognized with a Corporate Award of Excellence for team collaboration and successfully managing high-stakes projects. Experience also encompasses roles as a Senior Business Analyst at Unisen Inc., a Business Analyst and Coordinator at AGF Management Limited, and a Regional Account Manager at 20/20 Funds Inc. Noel holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
