Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at Hoosier Cancer Research Network is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of early phase oncology clinical trials. This includes coordinating multi-center studies, managing budgets and contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing data management, and providing continuous support for site management and safety reporting. Their primary goal is to streamline processes and facilitate collaboration between academic, community, pharmaceutical, and biotech partners to advance cancer research and improve patient outcomes.
