Jeff Caplan

Jeff Caplan is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Hooters of America since June 2022. Prior to this role, Caplan was Principal at SEI - Atlanta, LLC from March 2014 to June 2022, and served as Senior Director of Business Technology Support at Cbeyond from December 2009 to March 2014, where a focus was placed on transforming internal technology support teams. Earlier experience includes tenures as Vice President and CIO at Primedia, Director of Information Technology at MCI WorldCom, and Principal at IBM Consulting Group, where foundational work in client/server and business technology management was undertaken. Caplan began the career as a Senior Consultant at American Management Systems from 1987 to 1991. Caplan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Binghamton University.
