Ana Ramdas

Ana Ramdas serves as the Senior Director of Software Development at Hootsuite, having joined the company in March 2021 after holding previous roles including Director and Senior Manager of Software Development. In these positions, Ana has been instrumental in overseeing the Product Infrastructure portfolio, fostering a culture of performance, and leading multiple platform teams to enhance employee engagement and retention. Prior experience includes significant roles at Schlumberger, where Ana progressed from Software Development Engineer to Software Practices & Competencies Manager, shaping software development practices and technical competencies. Additional experience spans roles in quality assurance and user acceptance testing at organizations such as ATB Financial and the City of Edmonton. Ana holds a Master of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangalore University.
