Chandra Duncan

Chandra Duncan is a seasoned Customer Success Manager at Hootsuite Media Inc. since October 2012, where responsibilities include supporting clients' social media strategies and advocating for the use of the company's Enterprise-level product. Prior experience includes a Program Development Intern position at the Vancouver School Board, focusing on community support for at-risk youth, and recreational counseling for youth with disabilities at the Richmond Society for Community Living. Chandra has also worked as a childcare provider for families with young children, an educator at lululemon athletica, and an animal caretaker/play therapist at It's for the Birds. Educational qualifications include a Social Service Worker Certificate from Langara College and coursework in social work and human development from the University of Victoria and Langara College.
