Nathan Wong

Nathan Wong is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support, graphic design, account management, and operations. Currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Support Advocate II at Hootsuite since April 2019, Nathan has developed expertise in addressing client needs and enhancing user experiences. In addition to this role, Nathan has operated as a Freelance Graphic Designer at KP Designs since 2015, specializing in graphics for textiles. Previous positions include Production Specialist at Coastal Reign Printing Ltd, Account Manager at Boardroom | Alliance Mercantile, and Screenprinting Graphic Coordinator at Stitches Creation, where Nathan managed accounts and improved production processes. A Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (Japanese and Linguistics) was obtained from Macquarie University from 2007 to 2013.
