Nicola Santry

Nicola Santry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership, currently on parental leave. Since March 2015, Nicola has been a Development Team Lead at Hootsuite, guiding a full-stack squad within the Plan & Create team and focusing on continuous development and career growth. Prior to Hootsuite, Nicola served as a Senior Media Developer at Radii, where expertise in front-end technologies, particularly Javascript and AngularJS, was demonstrated. Nicola's career began at Mindleaders, where responsibilities included backend maintenance and eLearning course development while also providing mentorship and technical leadership. Educational credentials include a degree in Leadership from Minerva BC and a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia from Munster Technological University.
