Chad Doggett has over 14 years of work experience in various roles within the chemicals and refining industries. Chad began their career at CHEP CCC as a Regional Account Manager, where they handled sales and logistics for clients in the hydro-processing catalysts sector. Chad later joined CHEP/Hoover Ferguson CCC as a Sales Manager, overseeing top-line revenue and managing a team of Regional Account Managers. In 2018, Chad became the General Manager for the USA Refining segment at Hoover Ferguson, responsible for sales, operations, and logistics. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Sales at Hoover CS, where they lead and develops the sales organization and aligns it with the company's strategic goals. Throughout their career, Chad has demonstrated a strong focus on driving business results and maintaining a culture of professionalism and integrity.

Chad Doggett attended Sam Houston State University from 1996 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Chad also obtained an edX Verified Certificate for How to Achieve the Sustainable Development Goals from edX in 2021.
