Rafael Pestana

Rafael Pestana is an experienced general manager currently leading operations at Hoover CS in Bahrain since February 2022. Prior positions include serving as Director of SAM at OEG Offshore and holding various roles, including Director of Sales and Operations Manager, at Hoover Ferguson from 2012 to 2020. Prior to that, Rafael was a Survival Systems Project Manager and Senior Operations Supervisor at MTI do Brasil. Rafael began a career as a part owner and surveyor engineer at YRB Project - DNV Oil & Gas from 2005 to 2011. Rafael holds an Advanced Certificate for Executives from MIT Sloan School of Management, an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UEMG.
