Paulina Patrycja Zdzieblowska

Paulina Patrycja Zdzieblowska has extensive work experience in various management roles in the hospitality industry. Paulina Patrycja most recently served as the General Manager at HOP Vietnamese since November 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the General Manager at George's Bar and Grill from October 2016 to November 2019. Paulina Patrycja also held the position of Store Manager at Patisserie Holdings PLC from December 2014 to September 2016, and Deputy Manager from September 2013 to October 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Receptionist at Shaftesbury Hotels London from February 2013 to August 2013, and as an Assistant Store Manager at Autogrill from August 2011 to January 2013.

Paulina Patrycja Zdzieblowska is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Greenwich, starting from 2021. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications. In October 2020, they completed Health and Safety Level 2 training from Highfield. Paulina Patrycja also acquired certifications in First Aid at Work, Food Safety Level 3, General Data Protection Regulation, Personal Licence Holders Level 2, and TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Event Planning (RQF) from the respective institutions in September and August 2020. Prior to these certifications, Paulina completed an Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership in the Apprenticeship sector for occupations in hospitality, leisure, travel, tourism, and passenger transport from Apprenticeships in October 2013. In June 2013, they acquired the Edexcel BTEC Level 3 Award in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership Principles (QCF) from Pearson. Furthermore, in August 2012, they obtained the Edexcel Level 2 NVQ certificate in customer service, also from Pearson.
