Holly Bahamonde has a diverse range of work experience spanning different industries and roles. Holly has recently worked as the Austin Field Marketing and Sales Manager at HOP WTR, where they successfully managed the marketing program and implemented targeted sales strategies, resulting in the highest sales nationwide in Quarter 1. Prior to this, Holly worked at Anheuser-Busch as a Marketing Team Lead and Field Manager, where they educated guests about the brand and product and developed custom consumer-focused demos, increasing sales by 30%. Holly also supervised a team of brand ambassadors and collaborated with retail accounts to schedule activations. Holly has also worked as an Event Manager at Reddit, Inc., promoting the brand through guest education and managing event logistics. Additionally, they have interned as an Indigenous Environmental Ethics and Sustainability Intern at Santuario Arco Iris, where they studied traditional indigenous knowledge and practiced sustainable off-the-grid living. Holly's earlier experience includes roles as a University Advisor and Scholar Success Advisor at IDEA Public Schools, as well as a variety of teaching positions in international settings. Holly holds a Bachelor's degree and has conducted research on alternative forms of healing in South African tribes during their undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida.

Holly Bahamonde obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they also hold several additional certifications. In September 2016, Holly obtained their TESOL certification from XploreAsia. Holly later obtained their Texas Alcohol and Beverage Certificate from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission in August 2022. Most recently, in March 2023, Holly obtained a Google Project Management certification from Google.
