Jennifer Worthy is an accomplished executive specializing in revenue cycle management and optimization within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Revenue Optimization at Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo) since January 2025, Jennifer oversees revenue cycle management and enhancement initiatives. Prior to this, Jennifer held the position of Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at Therapy Partners Group, where an RCM improvement plan was executed to enhance credentialing and claims management processes. As Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management & Operations at WebPT, Jennifer led a global team to achieve best practice revenue cycle results.
