Matt O'Malley

Matt O'Malley serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo) since May 2024. Previously, Matt held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Premier Orthopaedics from May 2017 to April 2024, and Assistant Vice President of Regional Markets and Senior Director of Satellite Operations at the Hospital for Special Surgery from November 2014 to May 2017. Experience at Penn Medicine includes roles as Director of Network and Program Development, where responsibilities included business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and clinical program implementation, as well as Director of Professional Services overseeing business development and community outreach. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Villanova University.
