Patty Conner, LCSW-S, has extensive experience in the field of social work and trauma therapy. Since August 2000, Patty has served as a Counselor and Clinical Supervisor at Hope Alliance, focusing on individual and group counseling for survivors of family and sexual violence while also providing clinical supervision to therapists in training. Patty's leadership roles include Special Advisor, Vice President of Programs, and CEO, where strategic direction and daily operations oversight were central responsibilities. Additionally, Patty held the position of Director of Intervention Services, managing clinical and advocacy programs in a family and sexual violence organization. Currently, as a Therapist at Tohwikeli Trauma Solutions, PLLC, Patty offers trauma-focused therapy employing various modalities, including EMDR and CBT. Patty earned a Master of Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin between 1998 and 2000 and previously worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Carroll Touch from 1984 to 1990.

Hope Alliance
Hope Alliance assists family and sexual violence survivors by providing services and developing partnerships that lead to hope, healing, and prevention. Services include a 24-hour crisis hotline, emergency shelter, counseling, legal advocacy, accompaniment to the hospital, police, and court, and primary prevention services. All services are provided free of charge throughout Williamson County. The organization is governed by a board of directors, managed by a Chief Executive Officer, and has an administrative rate of ~14%, meaning that .86 of every dollar goes directly to services.
