Brittany Bates is an experienced professional in social work and case management, currently serving as the Lead SSVF Case Manager at Hope Atlanta since October 2022. Previously held positions include SSVF Case Manager at the same organization, Customer Service Representative at Atlas Concorde USA, and Scholarship Administration Specialist at Bright From The Start, Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning. Brittany has also worked as a Support Coordinator at Professional Case Management Services of America, Direct Care Staff at Morning Star Personal Care Home, and Program Coordinator and Paraprofessional at the Foundation of Exceptional Achievers. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work at Capella University, Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science from Georgia Southern University.
