Erica Duijzer

Erica Duijzer is an experienced leader in the field of behavior analysis and autism treatment, holding key positions in various organizations. As the Chief Operating Officer at Hope and previously the Executive Director of Operations and Director of Operations at Chicago ABA Therapy, Erica has demonstrated a strong operational acumen. Prior roles include serving as Chief Clinical Officer at both Invo Healthcare and Autism Home Support Services, Inc., and North Network Director and Lead BCBA at Autism Home Support Services, Inc. Erica also held the role of Associate Director and Behavior Analyst at Trinity Services, Inc. Academia includes a Master of Science in Behavior Analysis and Therapy from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bradley University.
