Hosu K.

Hosu K. has a diverse work experience. From 2010 to 2012, they were an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Functional Genoproteome Research Centre (FGRC) at Konkuk University. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Graduate Research Assistant at Cheil General Hospital, where they compared gene expression profiles of resistant and sensitive ovarian cancer cells, genetically manipulated EGR1 in ovarian cancer cells, and assessed the effect of EGR1 expression on resistance to paclitaxel and docetaxel. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Houston. Currently, they are employed at Hope Biosciences, where they have held the roles of Production Manager, Production Supervisor, and Stem Cell Production Technician.

Hosu K. began their educational journey in 2008 when they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Microbial Engineering from Konkuk University. In 2010, they participated in an exchange program at Wayne State University. Hosu then continued their studies at the University of Houston, where they completed their PhD courseworks in Pharmacology in 2016.
