HOPE Church
Tera Fleming currently serves as the Groups Lead at HOPE Church RVA, a position held since September 2014, where responsibilities include leading the small groups ministry to foster community and support spiritual growth among members. Previously, Tera held the role of Small Groups Coordinator at Hope Church. Tera earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 1989 and 1992.
