Lynn Mullins

Lynn Mullins, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources and operations management. They have served in leadership roles at Hope Clinic and Catholic Social Services of Washtenaw County. In their current position, they are the Director of People at Hope Clinic, overseeing workforce management, HR initiatives alignment, benefit plan administration, IT department oversight, and volunteer program management. Prior to this role, Lynn was the Vice President of HR & Operations at Catholic Social Services, where they managed HR processes, addressed employee relations issues, ensured compliance with laws and regulations, and provided program oversight and supervision.
