Alan Babbitt

Alan Babbitt is a seasoned sports communication professional currently serving as the Sports Information Director at Hope College since June 2013. Previously, Babbitt worked as a sports editor at Holland Sentinel from August 2003 to July 2013, managing multimedia content for the newspaper and its website, covering a wide range of athletic events in western Michigan. Additionally, Babbitt served as a sports correspondent for the Grand Rapids Press from February 1995 to August 2003, providing coverage and features on various athletes in the greater Grand Rapids area. Alan Babbitt holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Grand Valley State University and completed secondary education at Mason High School in Mason, Michigan.
