Hillary Deboer

Hillary DeBoer serves as the Systems & Program Administrator in the Office of the Provost at Hope College since July 2022, where responsibilities include managing office activities and administering various digital platforms. Prior to this role, Hillary accumulated extensive experience in public administration and human resources, including a tenure as Elections Coordinator/Clerk Assistant for Park Township from February 2015 to July 2022. Other significant positions include HR Coordinator and Staffing and Retention Coordinator at Holland Hospital, and various recruitment roles at Perrigo and Manpower Inc. Hillary holds a Master of Public Administration from Grand Valley State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Hope College.
