Holly Markel

Holly Markel is an experienced Database Programmer/Analyst currently employed at Hope College since November 2015. Prior to this role, Holly worked as a Systems Developer Analyst 2 at Herman Miller, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining data transfer processes and web applications. Previous positions also include Business Systems Analyst at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services, ETL Specialist and Database Administrator at National Heritage Academies, and contract roles at Harsco Track Technologies and Grand Valley Health Plan. Holly's early career included technical support and web development roles, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from Saginaw Valley State University.
