Mark Micheli

Mark Micheli is the Founder and Chief Strategist at say__do, focusing on enhancing organizational communication to better serve customer needs. In addition, Mark serves as Principal for Design Strategy and Healthcare Innovation at the UIC Institute for Healthcare Delivery Design, leading teams to tackle complex healthcare challenges. As VP of AI Product Strategy and Brand Storytelling at WEVO, Mark works on streamlining research processes using AI. Mark is also an Adjunct Faculty member at Hope College, teaching courses on customer-centered innovation and leadership. Previous roles include leadership positions at Accenture Song, the IIT Institute of Design, Material, Bloomberg LP, Samsung Electronics, and Atlantic Media, with expertise in user experience, design research, and strategic storytelling. Mark holds a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and dual Bachelor’s degrees from Drake University in Journalism and Political Science.
