Lauren Obermueller Snapp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in impact finance and social work. Currently serving as the Director of Impact Finance at Hope Community Capital LLC since January 2025, Lauren previously held several leadership positions at equity², including Director and Associate Director of Impact Investments. Prior roles include Executive Vice-President at Uncover KC, where oversight of program development and operations was a key responsibility, and as a Social Worker at Village Cares Initiatives and Caritas Kigali, focusing on organizational management and community-focused programs. Lauren also gained valuable experience at Habitat for Humanity International, Fe y Alegría, Charles Group Consulting, Copilevitz and Canter LLC, and RefugeeOne, developing programs and conducting evaluations aimed at underserved populations. Lauren holds an MBA from Rockhurst University, a Master’s degree in Macro Social Work from Boston College, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago.
