Sharayah Talarovich

Sharayah Talarovich, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is currently the Chief Workforce & Risk Officer at Hope Community Resources. Before their current role, Sharayah served as the Director of Human Resources, Benefits and Compensation Manager, and HR Generalist within the same company. Prior to that, Sharayah worked as an HR Generalist at OMNI Hospital Services. Sharayah is pursuing a Master of Science in Information Management at the University of Washington Information School after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Geneva College.
