Jeanne McCall has extensive experience in outpatient mental health and nursing management. Since August 2018, Jeanne has worked at the Veterans' Health Agency in outpatient mental health, following a long tenure at TLCS, which began in December 2002, as a Nurse Manager in outpatient mental health. Responsibilities include staff management, oversight of medical providers, implementation of Sacramento County DBHS protocols, policy writing, creating disaster manuals, and education for staff and clients. Jeanne also managed a clinic's daily operations, including medical and mental health triage, budgeting for grant funding, and in-house chart audits. Prior roles include Nurse Manager at MAAP Sacramento, where Jeanne established a shelter wing for homeless patients, and nursing positions at Planned Parenthood and Kaiser Permanente, focusing on OB-GYN and infertility. Jeanne holds a Master's Degree in Disaster and Emergency Management from the American Public University System and a BSN in Registered Nursing from the University of Phoenix.
