Karen Dolce has an extensive work experience spanning over multiple organizations and roles. Karen is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Hope Cooperative since September 2021. Prior to this, they held the same position at Turning Point Community Programs from May 2016 to June 2021. Before that, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer & Associate General Manager at KVIE Public Television from May 2013 to May 2016. Karen also has entrepreneurial experience as the Owner/President of Copeland Printing, where they successfully tripled gross sales within the first five years of ownership. Karen has also worked as a Controller at Institute for Local Government from June 2009 to August 2010, and as a Controller at League of California Cities from January 1992 to January 1997. In addition, Karen has demonstrated their leadership skills as the Past Chapter President of MPI SSN, where they served for seven years in various leadership roles.
Karen Dolce attended California State University-Sacramento from 1983 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting.
