Program Management Team

The Program Management Team at Hope for Haiti is responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of the organization's various initiatives aimed at alleviating poverty and improving quality of life in Haitian communities. This includes managing programs in economic development, healthcare, public health, referrals, and education, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated and objectives are met. The team works collaboratively with local and international partners to maximize the impact of their efforts and continually evaluate program effectiveness to make data-driven improvements.
