President & CEO at Hope For The Heart

Curtis Hail has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Curtis began their career as a Managing & Tax Partner at Joyce, Hail, Butler & Birdwell, CPA's from 1977 to 1987. Curtis then served as a church planter and Executive VP at e3 Partners Ministry & I Am Second from 1989 to 2001, and later became the President and CEO from 2002 to 2017, concluding as Chairman Emeritus from 2017 to 2018. Hail then worked as the President & CEO at Inverness Consulting Associates, Inc. from 2018 onwards, providing consulting and mentoring services to non-profit leaders. Currently, they hold the position of President & CEO at Hope For The Heart, a renowned international media and biblical counseling ministry.

Curtis Hail began their education journey in 1974 at The University of Texas at Austin, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. Curtis completed this program in 1976.

After a significant gap, Hail continued their studies at Dallas Theological Seminary from 1985 to 1990. Though the specific degree they obtained during this period is not mentioned, their focus areas were Systematic Theology and Missions.

Most recently, Hail embarked on a rigorous academic pursuit at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, commencing in 2013. Curtis pursued a Doctor of Philosophy degree in World Christian Studies and remained in the program as a Ph.D. candidate until 2019.

Hope For The Heart is a non-profit Christian ministry with a mission to equip people with biblical principles to renew lives, restore families, revitalize churches and reproduce influencers-worldwide. To accomplish this mission we produce radio broadcasts, Bible-based counseling resources, provide training on peer-to-peer biblical counseling, discipleship and leadership development.
