Wendy Raffaeli, CPA, LEED AP has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Wendy currently serves as the Director of Finance and Development at Hope Haven Rwanda. Before this, they were the CFO at The Arcanum Group, Inc. Wendy also had their own CPA firm and worked as a CFO at Stratagem CPA. Earlier in their career, Wendy held the position of Vice President and CFO at The RMH Group, Inc. and Corporate Controller at Environmental Stoneworks. Wendy started their career as the Chief Financial Officer at Fort Worth Transportation Authority.
Wendy Raffaeli, CPA, LEED AP, received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado Denver in 1995. In addition to their degree, they have obtained additional certifications including LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design & Construction from the U.S. Green Building Council in 2007 and Certified Public Accountant from the State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies. Wendy also has completed courses such as "J.T. O'Donnell on Making Recruiters Come to You" and "Learning Construction Estimating" from LinkedIn in 2018.

Hope Haven Rwanda is transforming Rwandan families through a holistic approach to education and discipleship, actively demonstrating the love, hope and truth of Jesus Christ. We start by knowing, loving and teaching our young students. We then extend our influence by offering employment and literacy opportunities to their parents. We are a holistic campus setting, also equipping guardians of these children, with skills to be self-sustainable. Programs include: On the job training in construction, hospitality and agriculture; Adult Education in English, local language reading & writing skills; Church provided by Potter’s hand Ministry; and Savings Groups equipped with material from Hope International. This is all accomplished on a 10-acre campus setting.
