Diane Gnazzo -Cuervo Lpn

Diane Gnazzo-Cuervo is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Currently, Diane works at Summit Home Care and Hope Home Care, Inc., providing 1:1 private duty nursing care since January 2021 and July 2019, respectively. Additionally, Diane has held a long-term position at New Vanderbilt Home and Rehabilitation since August 2013, where responsibilities include all aspects of nursing care, unit charge nurse duties, wound care, and experience with geriatrics and mental health. Diane also worked at New Vanderbilt Rehabilitation in a 320+ bed facility, focusing on nursing care and ventilation unit experience.
