Melanie Roff

Melanie Roff has been an Account Manager at Employee Care Inc. since July 2012, where responsibilities include managing office operations, running payroll, providing customer service, handling workers' compensation certificates, and assisting in new client setups. Additionally, Melanie has been involved in Health Information Management (H.I.M) at Hope Hospice since April 2007, engaging in tasks such as managing medical records, front desk operations, conducting chart audits, arranging patient transport, and admitting patients to facilities and services. Education was completed at Southeast High School.
