Stephani Vaughan

Stephani Vaughan has served in various capacities at Hope House Foundation since July 2014, currently holding the position of Team Lead, where responsibilities include providing orientation and conducting performance evaluations for new employees and volunteers. As a Resource Coordinator, Stephani assists with the procurement and maintenance of benefits for 145 individuals while serving as the Representative Payee for 75 clients. Previous roles include Service Coordinator and Direct Support Professional, focused on training individuals and supporting their living conditions. Prior to this, from August 2008 to May 2017, Stephani worked at the City of Norfolk, VA, as a Library Assistant II and Library Assistant I, managing library materials and assisting patrons. Education includes studies at Tidewater Community College from 2008 to 2010 and attendance at Virginia State University.
