Emmanuel Karegyesa

Emmanuel Karegyesa is an experienced leader in community development and outreach, currently serving as the Regional Director for HOPE International since March 2015, after holding various titles such as SG Multiply Regional Coordinator for Africa and Africa Regional Training Coordinator. With a focus on empowering families in under-served communities through a gospel-centered approach, Emmanuel has previously contributed as a Community Outreach Coordinator for PEACE Plan Rwanda, facilitating transformation in local communities through healthy church initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Savings and Credit Associations for the Province of the Anglican Church of Rwanda, where responsibilities involved mobilizing church leaders and developing training resources. Emmanuel holds a Master of Arts in International Community Development from Northwest University and a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies from Uganda Christian University.
