Phillip N Smith

Phillip N Smith is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in development, operations, and financial services. Currently serving as a Senior Development Ambassador and Director of Savings and Credit Association Programs at HOPE International since December 2012, Phillip oversees global Christ-centered savings initiatives. Previously, Phillip held key roles including Vice President of Operations, Marketing, and Church Engagement at World Relief, where leadership encompassed marketing strategies, communications, and strategic development. As Country Director in Rwanda, Phillip drove organizational growth and government relations. Earlier roles include Executive Pastor at Walnut Hill Community Church and various senior positions at Pitney Bowes, where Phillip led financial services and marketing across multiple regions and developed innovative solutions. Phillip holds a BA in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University.
