Kyle Adamonis

Kyle Adamonis has been a director at Hope & Main since August 2017. Prior to that, they were vice president of people & culture at Liberty Construction Services from September 2015 to August 2017. Kyle has also held the position of sr. vice president human resources & legal at Taco Inc. from September 1999 to July 2015. In their current role, Kyle is responsible for leading projects and initiatives in a high-performance employee oriented culture that embodies Liberty's core values of passion, integrity, teamwork and professionalism. Kyle has also provided management of all aspects of human resources and employee relations for union and non-union employees throughout the Northeast, Southeast and Western regions. Their experience in human resources and legal compliance has been crucial in developing business strategy and tactical plans to ensure the company's legal and ethical protection.

Kyle Adamonis has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Johnson & Wales University, a Bachelor's degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Roger Williams University, and certification from Babson College in Coaching Inside the Organization and SHRM in SHRM-CP.
