Deborah Mullins is a seasoned finance and human resources professional with extensive experience in diverse roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Human Resources at Hope Ministries since May 2019, Deborah has held significant positions including Business and HR Administrator at Gospel City Church and Staff Accountant at Springwise. With a strong foundation in accounting, human resources, and nonprofit management, Deborah co-founded Diamonds Mentoring, Inc., a nonprofit mentoring ministry. Additionally, experience includes managing various accounting functions at Michiana Multi-Specialty Medical Group and operating In Balance Bookkeeping. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources and a BS in Business, both from Liberty University, alongside an honors diploma from Rogers High School.

Hope Ministries, formerly Hope Rescue Mission, has been serving men, women and children in St. Joseph County since 1954. Primarily operating out of the Family Life Center (432 S. Lafayette Blvd), Hope Ministries seeks to transform hearts, minds and lives by engaging families and individuals in a Christ-centered, grace-based process of examining their current realities, envisioning their future possibilities, and enabling action to achieve their desired futures. Hope Ministries offers free transitional housing, free meals, addictions recovery programs, adult education, the Hope4Kids early childhood development and parenting program, access to mental and physical health care, spiritual development and guidance for life skills.
