Alia Haque, MPA, has extensive experience in medical operations and behavioral health management. Currently serving as the Manager of Medical Operations at Hope Services since September 2019, Alia focuses on staff retention and job satisfaction through various strategies, including team integration and productivity tracking. Previously, as a Behavioral Health Coordinator at Hope, Alia coordinated the medical team, recruited staff, and managed productivity metrics. Alia's experience also includes roles at San Jose State University, Silicon Valley Leadership Group, Turning Point Community Programs, Pascal Engineering, and El Camino Hospital, showcasing a strong background in administration, public relations, and healthcare operations. Alia holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Jose State University, along with an Associate of Arts degree from Foothill College.
