Allison Yant

Director, Quality Assurance at Hope Services

Allison Yant, MSW, currently serves as the Interim Chief Program Officer at Hope Services, overseeing program implementation and operations across six regions while focusing on strategic planning and sustainability. Previously, Allison held various roles within Hope Services, including Director of Quality Assurance, where compliance and quality standards were upheld, and Quality Assurance Manager, where organizational efficiency was enhanced through policy development. Prior experience includes over two decades at the County of Monterey in positions ranging from Program Manager II to Social Worker IV/V, directing programs for older adults and individuals with disabilities and facilitating community services. Allison earned a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and an Executive Development Program Certificate from UC Berkeley Extension, along with a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of California, Davis.
