Dana Siegel is an experienced ESL educator currently serving as an English Language Success Forum member at the English Language Support Forum since June 2019 and as a teacher member of the Hope Street Group since May 2015, where efforts are directed at linking educators with policy makers to foster positive educational reforms. With a robust teaching background at Shelby County Schools and Collierville Schools, Dana focuses on English Language Learners in Grades K-5, prioritizing individual relationships and effective pedagogy to enhance language acquisition. Additionally, Dana contributed to the TN Department of Education as a member of the TISA Unique Learner Working Group and has participated in the development and review of assessment items for the WIDA Consortium and Data Recognition Corporation from 2013 to 2016.
