David Horan

Utah Teacher Fellow at Hope Street Group

David Horan is an experienced educator currently serving as an Innovative Learning Coach and previously as a 4th Grade Teacher at Alpine School District since August 2008. In addition, David has been a Utah Teacher Fellow with Hope Street Group since May 2017, contributing to the advancement of teaching conditions and culture. As an elected board member of the Utah Coalition for Educational Technology (UCET) since March 2018, and a previous member from March 2015 to April 2017, David is actively involved in enhancing educational technology in Utah. David has also worked as a brand ambassador for SpellingCity.com from May 2012 to May 2016 and served as a contributing writer for The Taxi Squad Show from October 2013 to May 2015. David holds a Master of Education in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University (2019-2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Utah Valley University (2002-2008).
