Tabitha Pacheco has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Tabitha started their career in 2015 as an Assessment Item Specialist at The Thomas B. Fordham Institute, where they analyzed and rated assessments for validity and alignment to standards. Tabitha also worked as an independent contractor for Measurement Incorporated, reviewing assessment items for bias and accessibility.

In 2017, Pacheco joined Hope Street Group as Director of Utah Teacher Fellows, leading educational public policy initiatives and managing data collection cycles.
