Lynn VanDyke

Lynn VanDyke has a diverse work experience in various healthcare and senior living organizations. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Regional Consultant/Administrator at Tutera Senior Living & Healthcare, where they managed operations and implemented census development programs. From 2005 to 2006, Lynn worked as a Social Worker/Admissions Director at Hallmark House Nursing Center, creating care plans and managing the facility's marketing budget. Lynn then served as an Administrator at Liberty Village of Pekin from 2008 to 2009, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. Lynn also worked as a Social Worker at Pekin Hospital from 2010 to 2017, providing crisis intervention, assessments, and referrals for social issues. Lynn'smost recent role, starting in 2017, is Compliance/Health & Safety Manager at South Side Office of Concern, where they ensure compliance and safety standards are met.
